Official Launching on 24th September 2010

The Sanderson’s will have their official launch on the 24th September 2010 at their Sales Gallery on the official project site.

Built on Higher Ground than Villa Park

We were recently informed that The Sanderson is to be built on higher ground and since it is Bukit Serdang, we were unsure what was meant by that.  Visiting the site, we noticed that the road leading to The Sanderson runs on the side of Villa Park and after viewing the location, we realised that it is significantly higher than Villa Park.


We believe this is how The Sanderson can justify the slightly higher psf price than Villa Park that is about to be handed over (Vacant Possession).

Project Site Status (Early August 2010)

The developer Newfields Sdb Bhd has indicated that their sales office will not be open until they have completed the show unit / on-site sales office and for those who are interested, here are some pictures on the status of the project with a few surrounding views.  The show unit / on-site sales office is being built near the entrance to The Sanderson and we believe it will be ready real soon as indicated by the pictures below.


The road leading up to it, (next to Villa Park Condominiums – on the right of the picture) has it’s gravel laid down, so it will be ready real soon as well.


For those who are interested to know about the link to Technology Park Malaysia, it is basically a staircase connection built for TPM tenants and students.  It is located approximately 500 meters from The Sanderson (Villa Park is about 200 meters or less).
